SHIPPING & RETURNS

  • The delivery time for artisan orders will be approximately 20 working days, for the rest of the orders they will be delivered within 7 working days.

  • We do not ship to the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, due to the fragility of the items on offer, if you are very interested, you would have to study the shipping method and the additional cost.

  • Returns of custom-made items and artisan products are not allowed.

  • The return period for articles that have not been commissioned or handmade, is 14 calendar days.

  • You can contact cordobancuadros@gmail.com so that we can provide you with the shipping information for the return.

  • The return must be made in our store presenting the order well preserved and packed, together with the proof of purchase that comes with the order. You can also send it back to us, properly preserved and packaged, assuming in any case the shipping cost.

  • In the event that the item arrives defective, you must contact the company for a replacement or refund.

  • In no case will the amount of the orders placed on the web with collection in store be refunded. In this case, a non-expiration voucher will be provided for the amount of the purchase.

  • In the event that an order is made through the web and the product has been sold out in the store, the money for the order will be returned immediately.

  • During the state of emergency due to COVID-19 , shipments may suffer some delay, beyond our control.
